Health coach, Ignaty Dyakov, will be delivering a full-day workshop motivating participants to make small changes to their lifestyle, which will create big results. The day will include talks and activities covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and the use of complementary therapies for busy urban dwellers.
There will be a chance to ask questions and discuss these topics with Ignaty and the group to reassure people that change is possible, even when time or resources are limited.
