Reiki

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy to activate the natural healing processes by means of touch. The aim is to restore the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Sessions usually last around one hour, you don’t need to undress though I’d suggest you remove your shoes and jewelry) and you can lie on the therapy couch or sit.

I’ve found Reiki to be a perfect complement to life coaching as it is effective in rejuvenating the mind-body relationship, the balance of body and mind. It can be used alone or to support orthodox medicine but makes no claims as a replacement for traditional medication or treatments.

Trained as a Reiki Master Practitioner, and a member of the UK Reiki Federation, fully registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC*), I offer Reiki as a standalone therapy or to support the desired transitions of life coaching.

Sharon: “Ignaty works with Reiki in a very intuitive manner and I am thrilled I found him! I had six sessions in total and found Ignaty was absolutely in tune with what I was experiencing.
Ignaty was also very accommodating and worked outside of his usual hours to fit around my other commitments, which I really appreciated!
Ignaty also sent distance reiki in between sessions when needed which was a wonderful ‘value add’.
Overall Ignaty is professional, talented, intuitive, accommodating and worth every penny!”

All CNHC registrants have agreed to be bound by the highest standards of conduct and have registered voluntarily. All of them are professionally trained and fully insured to practise.
